4 Exceeds expectations: Performance is consistently above expectations.
3 Meets expectations: Performance is consistently meets expectations.
2 Below expectations: Performance is consistently below expectations.
1 Unsatisfactory: Performance is unacceptable.

 

1. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT RATING
1.1 Provides appropriate staff development for all employees.

1.2 Oversees the evaluation process of all staff members.

1.3 Ensures the maintenance of accurate personnel records.

2. STUDENT MANAGEMENT
2.1 Ensures that student attendance is a high priority.

3. SCHOOL/COMMUNITY RELATIONS
3.1 Demonstrates willingness to meet with civic and community groups to discuss education issues.

4. BOARD/SUPERINTENDENT RELATIONS
4.1 Ensures that board packets are delivered to board members in a prompt and efficient manner.
