DESCRIPTION
5 This function of the district is fully meeting our expectations. Invest no more time and effort than is required to maintain present status.
4 We are well satisfied with this function of the district. It could use a bit more attention but not enough to worry about.
3 This district function is minimally acceptable. Devote somewhat more time and effort to improving district performance in this area.
2 We are not happy with how the district is performing here. Devote considerable more time and effort to improving this function.
1 The district’s performance in this area is clearly not acceptable. It must be improved.
1. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT RATING
1.1 There is an up-to-date professional growth plan in each employee’s personnel folder that is signed by the employee’s supervisor.

1.2 Every employee’s personnel folder contains a minimum of one evaluation conducted during the past 12 months and signed by his/her supervisor or the supervisor’s designee.

1.3 Every employee’s personnel folder contains up-to-date documents as specified in administrative/board policy

2. STUDENT MANAGEMENT
2.1 Student absenteeism was reduced a minimum of one percent a year until the average daily attendance reached ninety-six percent.

3. SCHOOL/COMMUNITY RELATIONS
3.1 The superintendent made at least 12 presentations to civic and/or governmental organizations during the year.

4. BOARD/SUPERINTENDENT RELATIONS
4.1 Board packets were delivered to board members at least five calendar days before the board meeting.
